Our Commitment to You — and Yours to the Process
Transformation requires intentionality — and that starts with showing up. The following policies are designed to protect your investment and ensure that every session serves its highest purpose.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life is full of surprises, and we get that. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least three (3) days notice. Requests made less than three (3) days, but at least two (2) days, before your session will incur a $75.00 fee. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No-Shows
Missing a session without notice will result in a $75.00 fee. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable. Your results are a reflection of your commitment — and we believe in you fully. If you ever have concerns about your experience, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are committed to finding a resolution that honors your journey.
Session Expiration
All purchased sessions must be used within three (3) months of your agreement date. Sessions that remain unused after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
